Gardenia's project redefines compact living by transforming it into a luxurious and functional experience. Inspired by the characteristics of boutique hotels, this initiative skillfully merges Japandi minimalism with subtle sophistication. It marks a new chapter for clients as they prepare for retirement in the coming years.

Given our clients' needs, providing ample space and significant storage capacity poses a challenge in these tiny apartments. To address this, we have integrated the cooking area with the living room through a marble dining area, facilitating easy conversation between guests in both locations. The built-in appliances enhance the kitchen's clarity and functionality. Additionally, the designer has thoughtfully considered accessibility accessories for future needs. This project aims to create a timeless, functional, and durable design.
